The Quilt Auction is Lutheran Lakesides Annual Fundraiser where many beautiful quilts are donated to the camp and auctioned off to the highest bidder. There are some truly amazing quilts that can bring warmth and joy to you or a family member for many years to come! Stop by and take a look, this year is going to be a little extra special because it's our 50th Anniversary of Camping, I bet there will be cake!

Quilts For Staff Project

Every year Lutheran Lakeside Camp has had a tradition of giving the staff a quilt to remember their service to the youth of our church as well as to feel the support of those who believe in the ministry that we do. This is a gesture that we believe is extremely AWESOME and important as we know and understand that camp is unable to reward the Summer Staff with the monetary reimbursement that they deserve. If you would like to donate a quilt that you have purchased at the auction to the staff, please simply alert the auctioneer of your intentions and it will be handled immediately. We cannot express enough thanks to those who have generously donated these quilts in the past and to those who will help us continue doing this in the future. THANK YOU!

Adopt-A-Staff Project

This is a project focussed on supporting and re-affirming our summer staff in the work they do for our children throughout the summer. The Summer Staff at Lutheran Lakeside Camp work very hard to provide the top knotch experience that the campers go home talking (and singing) about! This is one way you can help give back to those brave souls that spend weeks at a time with the children of our Church.

What It Involves

It is your opportunity to become part of our extended family at camp! After you are partnered with a staff person you will be sent a Bio of that person which consists of short answers to simple questions (like "What is your favorit cookie?"), as well as a photo of your adopted staff person. We then would like to encourage you to initiate correspondance with your adopted staff person, however you would like, through camp. Some people send letters, others send care packages, and still others send us random fun objects (like waterballoons and legos!) however you think that you can best support your assigned staff person would be fine!

Who Can Adopt and How Do I(We) Do It?

Any individual or group can adopt a staff person and all you need to do is speak with one of the Lutheran Lakeside Camp Staff at the Quilt Auction or Call Camp and speak with Becky!
