Confirmation Camp |
A Brief DescriptionConfirmation Camp is an awesome opportunity for children finishing Grades 6-8 to come and feel like they are part of a larger community within the church! Our Confirmation Pastors serve as faculty for this week of camp and lead sessions approximately an hour long each morning and the campers work with the counselors through discovering what it means to be Lutheran and developing new elements of faith. Our campers experience all the joy of being part of a small group team through our experiential cabin groups and taking part in challenging team building opportunities like the ropes courses or the climbing tower. They also get to feel the impact that their choices make upon the community at large as they make decisions as a cabin group and grow as people of faith in a safe and secure setting.
