We Can't Do It Alone
A Message From the Camp Ranger
Volunteers, Donors, and Camp Lovers are a huge asset to Lutheran Lakeside Camp! With all the things that need to be done, there is more than any one person or even one group of people can do. Mowing, trimming, painting, building repairs, cutting firewood, cleaning, cooking, plumbing, and electrical work, it all takes time. That is why we are asking you for help!
There are many ways to help us out, you could come and volunteer at camp and become one of the few, the proud, the Lakeside Rangers! As mentioned before we have a number of projects we could use your help to get accomplished. While you are volunteering I am sure you will have a blast getting to know our beloved Camp Ranger 'Z' along with the other Rangers that are around camp! You will also be exposed to some amazing food, whopping good times, and of course this slice of heaven we call camp!
Another way you can help Lutheran Lakeside Camp is to join our Donors in allowing this marvelous place to operate. A gift to the Lutheran Lakeside allows us to make sure the money gets used where it is needed whether that be securing staff, buying food, or special program supplies. Maybe you have an item from our needs list that you would like to donate, that would be fabulous! Just give us a call and the Camp Ranger would love to inspect and accept the item. Rest assured that a gift of any size is cherished and we really appreciate your help.
Yet another opportunity to assist your favorite Lutheran Lakeside Camp is to attend a fundraiser! Yes periodically throughout the year there are fun and exciting events to attend and enjoy. You might enjoy the Quilt Auction which has some of the most amazing and beautiful quilts you may ever see. Or maybe you would like to enter the Golf Tournament and compete in the Longest Drive Competition, or just maybe you would like to come out to camp and enjoy a nice pork sandwich and that would be just dandy too! Whatever your taste there si something here for everyone to enjoy!
I can't stress how grateful I am to you for allowing me to be here, in this amazing place. It is my pleasure to serve and help make Lutheran Lakeside Camp the greatest camp in the United States and I definitely feel we are on the right track.
